How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Venturegift Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Venturegift Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

The plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Venturegift Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@venturegift.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Satisfied?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
